Introduction

Smart Locomotive System is a system for predictive maintenance and monitoring of electric Locomotives in Indian railways. It provides suitable onboard monitoring system and monitors healthiness of many vital components and report it on a real time basis. The data is collected from the sensors and stored in the data Aggregation hub (DAH). The DAH then sends the data to the server as well as to the display inside the cab. The server then sends the data to the web app and mobile app for real time monitoring.
